Dear Charter Oak Unified School District Community:

Welcome to the start of the 2023-2024 school year! With great excitement and anticipation, I extend my warmest greetings to all students, families, staff, and partners who make up our incredible COUSD community.

At Charter Oak, we believe in the transformative power of education, and our commitment to providing an exceptional learning experience for every student is unwavering. Our dedicated team of educators and staff members has worked tirelessly over the summer to prepare for this year, ensuring that each student receives the best quality of education in a nurturing and supportive environment.

I am immensely proud of our staff's dedication, creativity, and passion for teaching. They are educators, mentors, role models, and sources of inspiration for our students. We embrace diversity, value individual strengths, and foster a true sense of belonging. This sense of community makes Charter Oak special – a place where everyone plays a vital role in creating an environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and a lifelong love of learning. Our students deserve our best effort, and we are prepared to give it to them!
 
As we embark on this new academic year, I encourage us to embrace its opportunities. Enroll Now

Charter Oak Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a brand new student from any internet device. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the school-site is electronically notified that you have completed the online enrollment process and they will be ready to take your required documents when you stop by their office.

 

PLEASE NOTE: 

This Enrollment process is NOT necessary for any student that was enrolled in a Charter Oak USD school during the 23-24 school year and is moving up to the next grade level. Only NEW students starting Kinder/TK or coming from another district need to complete this process.

If you need assistance with online enrollment please contact your school site or

make an appointment with the Student Services Office.
